The ISETool.exe is only comand line and limited to creating/restoring a copy of the Isolated storage used by an application so it is very limited compared to this project's tools. The issue with this project is the license being used. Ms-PL is better as it projects the developer's right too and doesn't try to force one to open source a derived project. I think if this tool is used, care should be taken before releasing an app to the marketplace, unless you don't mine releasing the app's source code and being forced to used the GPLv2.
